How to Submit a Pet Tribute

Dear Pet Parent, 

I am honored to make a special place for your beloved pet on the Pet Loss Connection Pet Tributes Page at no charge. There are two ways to submit a pet tribute: 1) I can create the tribute for you (but please know that you will not be able to make any changes to it), or 2) you can create the tribute yourself. Below are the instructions for both methods.

Tribute Created for Your Pet by Sandra Ferrell

Please send your request to petlossconnection@gmail with the following: 

1. Favorite photo of your pet for the main Tribute page;
2. Any additional photos (5) that you would like to include within the Tribute -- you can upload more later;
3. Your pet's name;
4. Date of birth (if known) and date of their passing;
5. A written tribute of any length, describing who your pet was, how they came into your life, what he or she has meant to you, etc.;
6. Any rescues or pet-related welfare organizations that you would like for your guests to donate to on behalf of your pet (feel free to share a link to your pet's tribute so that friends and family members may view it and post comments and light a candle, and donate to any pet-related welfare organization that you wish to list).

You will not be able to edit the listing, but I can always make any corrections for you. You and your family or friends can add additional photos by clicking on "Share Memories or Light a Candle." 

Tribute Created for Your Pet by You

To create a pet tribute yourself, simply click on "Submit a Tribute" on the pet tribute page, and follow the instructions to create an account on the Obituary Assistant website:

By creating the tribute yourself, you will have full control over the text and photos/videos submitted.
